BBQ pork ribs

These fully cooked ribs are so tender they fall off the bone. They have been seasoned and cooked over low heat for 24 hours. Each piece is packed in a high vacuum bag with its own juices, to provide the best flavor experience. You just have to varnish with the included BBQ sauce and brown in the oven or grill.
